Nose: Delicate. Blancmange. Tangerine juice. Fresh aniseed note. Dill. Angelica. Hint of lime. Very refreshing.

Palate: Smooth. Lusciously soft. Perfect balance with the nose. The aniseed character shows up. Elegant,well structured. Underlined by soft spices.

Finish: Soothing on chartreuse-like notes.

Comment: A lovely dram, more spring-time than autumnal. To enjoy with shellfish.

Nose: Very clean and crisp,almost chardonnay. Green and fruity. A sort of\rcinnamon note lurks, gobstopperish.

Palate: Buttery and velvety. The nose is matched with spices and there is\ralso sweet fruit.

Finish: It hangs on with sweetness.

Comment: A brilliant dram for the daytime. A restorative.
