Nose

Very sweet and leathery with concentrated dried fruits. Full blooded sherry notes. With water there's a hint of struck match/rubber, then rosewood and fruit paste.

Palate

Big tannins and that leatheriness slapping on to the tongue. Cocoa nibs, sweet molasses. Needs to be loosened. With water,there's a charred earthiness. Good grip.

Finish

Walnut. Ripe fruits
