Taster

Nose: Intense. Sherried. Moss, humus. Old furniture. Maraschino cherries. Dark\rchocolate. A floral hint. Heady flowers like iris. More oakiness on time.

Palate: Sweet and velvety. Oak speaks up. Dark chocolate. Bitter coffee. A definite\rsherry character. Astringent but not grippy. Dried fruit. Dates and figs. Quite\rcomplex and rich.

Finish: Oaky, drying on soft spices. Some liquorice and almond skin.

Comment: A rich sherry profile. On the oak side but elegant and deep. Water kills it.
