Nose

Starts all fluffy and light (marshmallow, floury baps, icing sugar on apple sponge), then stiffens. Reminiscent of tarmac on a hot summer day, with hints of dry bracken, green fern.

Palate

Sweet, malty start and soft mid-palate. The hardness on the nose disappears.

Finish

Okay, clean, short.
