Palate: Very dry and nutty to start:almond and brazil nut. Some depth in the centre, then a chocolate/cacao note. Oak grips. The dry leaves blow back .

Finish: Very crisp.

Taster

Nose: Reminds me of sweeping leaves at my dad's,that dryness of beech trees. Cooked oranges with a flinty note.

Palate: A nuttyness but washed with orange oil and dry oak.

Finish: Crisp and tingling.

Comment: Autumn would be best for this dram, after sweeping the drive way.
