Nose

Fresh and smoky.Almond milk and sweet grassiness/green tea,cooked meats,lobster shells and a great cloud of smoke hanging over it all.

Palate

The smoke hits right at the front of the mouth then comes vanilla creaminess,followed by a sharp tingle of spices.Chewy and tongue coating, allowing these elements to balance each other perfectly.

Finish

Soft,pear like with smoke continuing.
