Nose: Slightly dumb with hints of cream, honey, cut flowers and sweet oak.

Palate: Soft fruits, vanilla, clover. Fairly woody with a dry mid-palate. A slightly bitter note.

Finish: Honeycomb, cream toffee.

Comment: Seems reluctant to open.

Nose: Restrained peat. Some grassy, moorland, aromas. New-mown hay.

Palate: Lemon grass. A suggestion of dried banana. Dessert apples, against a cereal-grain background.

Finish: Scenty. Minty. Appetising.
