Nose

Mealy/mashy and cereal (wheat chaff) notes with underlying yeastiness and at the whiff of a beer cellar. Fresh fruitiness, old pear and light florals behind a touch of plasticene suggestive of youth.

Palate

Dry minerality. Light and a little tense, but a clean distillate.

Finish

Fresh and short.

Comment

Well made. Just needs time in cask to bulk up a little. Just hope they keep\rsome back for longer term aging.
