Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Resinous, zesty and citric. Hickory, planed wood.

Palate: That same oily/zesty rye impact leathers the palate: lemon balm, citrus and excellent balance. In time opens to show chocolate, coconut, nutty fruit treacle.

Finish: Round and long.

Comment: One for rye fans.

Score: 8.3

Taster

Nose: Fragrant and slightly smoky. Orange-blossom. Potpourri. Acacia honey. Dryish.

Palate: Elegant. Silky. Flirtatious. Scenty (mandarin orange and mint). Feminine.

Finish: Disarmingly quick. A peck on the cheek. Slightly dizzying.

Comment: Where did she go? Will she return?
