Nose
Big sherry. Hint of sulphur and a butyric touch. Oaky. Dried fruit. Overcooked damson plums. Orange marmalade. Bitter chocolate. Plus an earthy note which lingers around.
Palate
As expected, on the oaky side. The butyric note of the nose is fading. Bitter. Burnt caramel, chocolate. Touch of chilli.
Finish
Dry and spicy.
Comment
Classic good sherry maturation. Nothing to complain about.
