Nose

Mature, slightly fungal, nose: chestnut, mushroom, then out comes milk chocolate, sticky toffee pudding and oak.

Palate

Big, fat, toffeeish, then coconut. Big and spicy: cinnamon, orange and vanilla.

Finish

Fruity and ripe.
