Intriguing and well worth giving this some serious attention.

Standard (Distillery or blended)
Nose: A little farmyard/wet hay bales and stable notes spring to mind, alongside a bucket of Bramley apples and a home made custard note.
Palate: Hazelnut puree, coffee sponge cake and chopped walnuts give this a very distinct flavour. It's sweet, yet a touch vegetative - throw in a big slice of vanilla and a faint waft of fragrant pipe smoke and it's very drinkable too.
Finish: Short, with drying nutty notes and vanilla.
Comment: Intriguing and well worth giving this some serious attention.
Nose: Lovely outdoors notes, fresh cut barley, an old cider press, sliced apples and honey. Wood spice -as in logs left out to season after being cut.
Palate: Almost aromatic cocktail bitters, sherry trifle, sponge fingers, a distinct nutty edge. Latakia tobacco and Chantilly cream.
Finish: Short, sweet and drying slowly.
Comment: A different drop with an interesting profile, but very engaging and worth investigating.
