Nose: Buttery. Herbal. Meadow flowers. Lemonade.

Palate: Very sweet. Pear nectar. Aniseed lollipop.

Finish: Sweet, sweet and then a touch of biting oak.

Comment: A dram for a sweet tooth. Nearly sugary. Unbalanced.

Nose: High toned. Pear drops, fresh carnation, lightly floral, mango. After water, chalk dust, lychee.

Palate: Sherbet lemons and vanilla. Water brings out pears, spice, white chocolate and sawn oak.

Finish: Clean and zingy.

Comment: Fresh and zesty. A good aperitif.
