Nose

Very light and estery: citrus fruits, vanilla, wet grass/gorse, floral, subtle oak tones.

Palate

Charming, sweet, summery. Lemon, orange, coconut, vanilla, dried apple and beautifully-balanced light oak. Gentle, with stunning balance.

Finish

Soft, oak, spices.

Comment

The nose lets it down a little, but what a fantastic palate. The higher alcohol really brings this to life - delicate doesn't mean one-dimensional.
