Palate: Toast and Oxford marmalade, blood oranges, the spices (cinnamon and cumin) start to build gently.

Finish: Long and sweet.

Taster

Nose: Polished mahogany, bees wax, fresh tangerine pieces, black banana, sour\rcherries and the merest puff of peat smoke.

Palate: The peat is prominent, a mélange of stewed fruits: more sour cherries, rum soaked raisins, overripe plums, clove and cinnamon, marmalade and rich caramel sauce.

Finish: Luxurious, with cherries and woody spice leaving traces.

Comment: Magnificent in every way, especially the finish.
