Tasting Notes

Nose

Polished mahogany, bees wax, fresh tangerine pieces, black banana, sour\rcherries and the merest puff of peat smoke.

Palate

The peat is prominent, a mélange of stewed fruits: more sour cherries, rum soaked raisins, overripe plums, clove and cinnamon, marmalade and rich caramel sauce.

Finish

Luxurious, with cherries and woody spice leaving traces.

Comment

Magnificent in every way, especially the finish.
