Nose

Stewed plums, grape must with some butteriness behind.

Palate

Very scented. Rosewater then the classic Canadian flow of sweet cream and a little nuttiness. Dried fruits dominate. Collapses with water.

Finish

Splits into spirit and dried fruit.

Comment

Everything turned up to 11, but that can't hide its clumsy character. More bolted together than blended.
