Taster

Nose: Soft. Baked white peach, hint of candlewax. Juicy Fruit chewing gum, thick fruit syrup. With water becomes more oily (dubbin). Some soft pear. Overall quite light.

Palate: Silky texture with a bouncy rubbery feel. Oak in balance. A little flat.

Finish: Tightens slightly to oakiness.

Comment: That peachiness made me think of a Clynelish Bellini.

Taster

Nose: Ozone, brine, peardrops, with malt emerging in time.

Palate: Dry, spices, some peat notes, robust malt, French mustard. Silky mouth-feel.

Finish: Long and spicy.

Comment: Well-balanced and complex as a Clynelish should be. A good, solid afterdinner dram.
