Nose: Fragrant. Herbal.

Palate: Silky. Soft and embraceable but reluctant to yield its secrets. Orange blossom. Absinthe.

Finish: Dryness and sweetness tightly combined. Thyme. Still teasing. Long.

Comment: At this age, more complex and elegant than ever. No obvious sherry.

Nose: Orange peel, smoke, light leather, burnt toast, plum. Has depth and at the same time is very precise.

Palate: Medium-bodied. Smoky, cashew, floor polish, savoury notes underneath. Some deep, carbonised notes. Oaky.

Comment: Complex, intriguing.
