Tasting Notes

Nose

Sensuous, softly spiced and boasting a subtle, maple sweetness. Lovely fruity notes. Brilliantly delicate.

Palate

Early oak and then a surge of sweet, deliciously textured malt. Soft peppers and a balancing fudge.

Finish

Dry and oaky but with barley-sweetness. Late chocolate and ageing liquorice.

Comment

Delicious but rare. Every bottle has already been sold.
