Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Peaty, heading towards the medicinal side of the spectrum. Some sweet fruit and a light menthol note, applewood fires.

Palate: Dry. The smoke hits at the deepest point of the palate but a real sweet fruity/lemony note softens things nicely. Fairly firm but has a good range of flavours.

Finish: Peppery.

Comment: More gentle than the rest of the range.
