This just hasn't been allowed to mature out. The result being it's harsh and all over the shop.

Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Beeswax, then a powerful acetone note. This then becomes more chemical-like, akin to gloss paint. Was this distilled in a hardware superstore rather than a distillery?

Palate: Coconut to start but the effect is similar to drinking air freshener. Slightly dusty.

Finish: Glue.

Comment: This just hasn't been allowed to mature out. The result being it's harsh and all over the shop.

Taster

Nose: Some wood and sherry notes. Slightly artificial.

Palate: Wood dominates. Immature?

Finish: Short finish disappoints.

Comment: Falls apart with water.
