All the elements are there but haven't knitted. Better with a couple more years in the cask.

Taster

Nose: Dusty warehouse. Hint of marine character and soft fruits. A little musty.

Palate: Good oily feel (typical of the distillery) apricot, Juicy Fruit chewing gum. Touch of smoke, dry oak.

Finish: Short.

Comment: All the elements are there but haven't knitted. Better with a couple more years in the cask.

Score: 7.3

Taster

Nose: A walk on sun-warmed sands that Wick might have difficulty in delivering. Tropical trees. Orange blossom.

Palate: Delicate. A hint of resin. Vanilla. Slightly winey.

Finish: Very salty. Very appetising.

Comment: Tastes like Manzanilla to me. I don't speak for anyone else.
