Tasting Notes

Nose

Estery with very ripe pineapples, sweet sawdust and banana yoghurt. Rum-like sweetness with plenty of vanilla from bourbon casks and fresh orange.

Palate

Rum-enflamed bananas, demerara sugar raisins and pears.

Finish

Oak and perhaps a little spiciness.

Comment

A ray of sunshine.
