Nose: Malty and quite light with lemon, apple skin,cut grass.In time a soft vanilla ice cream note emerges while\rwith water there's freshly baked wholemeal bread.Cheese rind

Palate: Tongue-coating with light grip. Cooked fruits but everything is slightly flat.Best neat.

Finish: Clean with light drinking chocolate powder.

Comment: Decent but not that exciting.

Nose: Butyric.'Chaumes'

Palate: Round,sweet,a bit weak. A cheese comeback uplifted by a minty flavour. Butterscotch and ginger powder.

Finish: Sherbety,spicy. Medium length.

Comment: The butyric note is troubling at first but all together,this is a decent dram. Not perfectly balanced but\rpleasant enough.
