Tasting Notes

Nose

Complex and fresh scented. Lightly maritime. Concentrated light honey flavours and maple syrup when reduced.

Palate

Maritime. Pretty friable; the addition of water doesn't help.

Finish

Very short and drying.

Comment

Confusing. Lightness of nose is contradicted by strident palate. It promises a lot but doesn't deliver.
