Nose

Elegant mature nose which mixes nougat, peppermint, green/stewed apple then a perfumed lemon-grass quality. Fragrant and highly concentrated citrus, light smoke.

Palate

Complex and layered Cool and clean with dribbly fruit syrups and light grip. Very light smoke on an extended and evolved palate.

Finish

Orange bitters and embers, passion fruit and light liquorice.

Comment

Sheer classiness and head and shoulders above the rest for me.
