Nose

Rich. Cake mix, dry leaves, crisped cereal, then a long, sweet mix of date and supple leather, pea and ham soup (which isn't a bad thing) and cacao. Scented with dried rasps and amaro.

Palate

Sweet and biscuity then thick layers of oak. Shifts into black treacle/fruit then real dryess coming from the spirit underneath emerges.

Finish

Dry.
