Nose: Lots of fresh oak, leading to cardboard, vanilla, and some tobacco. A hint of soy sauce too.
Palate: A palate of oaky and corny goodness which is rounded and direct. Certainly one I would prefer to have mixed into a cocktail.\n
Finish: Sweet and well rounded, this is a good example of a youngish American whiskey.\n

Nose: Plenty of oily corn and toasty oak aromas greet the nose. Young and a little spirity at the edges with developing sweetish herbal rye. Late hints of orange \nand vanilla.
Palate: Again quite young, but not showing the slight spiritiness of the nose with oily corn and herbal rye. Relatively straightforward but pleasantly deep with late toasted vanilla \nand toffee.
Finish: Long with a touch of biting spices and lingering sweet, herbal rye and citrus. Lovely sweet corn after-taste.
Comment: A pleasant, easy-going whiskey.
