Sweet but tangy too. Full expression of sherry: lots of oak, burnt wood, citrus fruit and spices. Gingerbread.

Finish

Dry, oaky and nutty. Slightly bitter.

Sherry tends to overwhelm the palate. Persistent dryness. A good companion for coffee.
