Oil and peat,deep and resinous,dying embers,nutty,lemon detergent.

Palate

Soft and easy at first,then some spice and fruit push through.Grapey.

Finish

A small explosion of flavour,with a long pepper and peat tail.

Comment

The sweetness of the Madeira works quite well with the earthier notes of the malt.
