Nose

Very pretty, lifted nose all apple blossom, icing sugar, light honey and reminiscent of those crystallised fruits filled with fruit syrup.

Palate

Light, (as you'd expect) maybe just a little too light. Some lemon/icing sugar mid-palate but it doesn't quite carry to the finish.

Finish

Short. Fades quickly.
