Nose

Big, stewed fruit nose. Plump, rumsoaked raisins with a pleasant cheesy\rnote behind. Farmyards once more along with a little sulphur.

Palate

Slightly bitter walnut and chicory to begin with, then some mushroom\rketchup. Liquorice, fruit cake, nuts with a fresh acidity. Good integration.

Finish

Toasted almond.
