Nose

High toned, young and herbal. Quite grainy with nose prickling alcohol. With time a semblance of dried fruit and background oak appears.

Palate

Broader with a touch of fleshy fruit and a little more noticeable oak. Overly alcoholic with hints of dried fruit and spice. Water flattens it. \n

Finish

Short and hot but some sweet dried fruit tries to offset. \n
