Nose

Interesting! Turmeric coated banana with hints of sweet toffee, greengage, gala melon, gooseberry, sage, green tea leaves, under-ripe rhubarb and herbal rye-like notes.

Palate

Surprisingly alcoholic with gooseberry, greengage, lime and kiwi. Very bitter, almost green tannins, herbal rye and burnt toast notes follow. \n

Finish

Mouth-watering, sharp and citric with menthol. Dilution makes it sugary and watery. \n

I had a feeling that this would do water particularly well and I was correct in that assumption.
