Malty and slightly lactic. Buttery. Milk parlour. Then a note of dampness. Cider cellar. Hint of wet moss. With water, a touch of leather.

Palate

Satin-like. Sour fruit. Bramley apple cooked in a ginger syrup. Drying on ground ginger.

Finish

Dry, spicy.
