Tasting Notes

Nose

Light, slightly volatile estery and youthful. Dilute lemon and ginger cordial. With water there's dried banana chips and some fragrant floral aromas.

Palate

Clean lifted and perfumed. Elderflower. Quite lacy and fragile.

Finish

Vanilla and then the ginger returns.

Comment

A lovely very summery aperitif.
