Nose

A burst of fragrant top notes: lemon (zest, icing, leaf), blossom/fresh flowers, vanilla/cream soda. Almost rye-like. Water brings out mint, anise/basil.

Palate

Delicate, fragrant and almost sherbety. There's some smoke lurking in the background alongside violet. Gorgeous.

Finish

Complex with a hint of smoke.
