Taster

Nose: Lemon, honey and ginger. Quite floral, spring blossom, some jasmine and\rthen cherry bakewell. Werthers toffee, caramel and buttered burnt toast.

Palate: Menthol and liquorice. With water becomes sweeter with marzipan, damp wood, orange liqueur, lots of dried fruit. Then the slightest hint of smoke.

Finish: Quite spicy with undertones of leather.

Comment: The oak dominates a bit too much for me.
