Heavy, extractive nose, rich and mature. Dry with oak, Dundee cake, liquorice. Firm oak. Becomes more assertive with water.

Palate

Sweet and syrupy. Dried fruits, red fruits, almond croissant, but with sufficient dry, coconut oak to balance. Shifts into honeycomb.

Finish

Quite dry.
