Nose

Rounded and lightly agricultural: cowshed, damp green ferns, bourbon\rbiscuit, cereal and smoke.

Palate

A real crunchy, nutty sweetness. Big heat from the alcohol but relaxed and\rconfident showing good balance between mint, apple and maltiness,\rburning heather and ripe orchard fruits. Becomes nuttier as it goes.

Finish

Long and nutty.
