Gooseberries and smoke mixed with a wicker/bamboo basket filled with clean laundry. More smoke with water along with light date syrup.

Palate

Immediate smoke,countered with fruit syrups,sweet nuts. The smoke threads its way through all of this. Good integration.

Finish

Long and slightly smoked.
