Tasting Notes

Nose

Intense, oaky. Fresh oak with a touch of varnish. Opens on a floral note. Marshmallow. In the back butterscotch and a hint of barley sugar.

Palate

Sweet and gently flowing on the tongue. More malty flavours than expected. A refreshing mint note.

Finish

Gentle, slightly drying on an oak note. Almond skin aftertaste.

Comment

The palate is more appealing than the nose. A pleasant dram, leaving a fresh\rfeeling. Better neat than diluted.
