Nose
Very ripe bananas and papayas, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of plasticine. Greek yoghurt with blossom honey. Vanilla ice cream and some delicate lemon zest, with subtle notes of ground coriander seed.
Palate
Straddles the ground between tropical and green-grassy. Dried pineapple and more papaya, with bison grass (holy grass) and a touch of lime pickle. Borders on hoppy.
Finish
Medium length and fruity, fades on that bison grass note.
Comment
Nicely spirit-forward distillery character on display.
