Nose

A note of bright green apples — flesh and skins — then some wax and cream soda, fresh clovers, and apricot Danish.

Palate

Wonderfully full with a good amount of spice. Lots of fleshy fruit — think Juicy Fruit gum more than straight off the tree.

Finish

Medium length with a nice lasting woodiness and just a bit of numbness across front of palate due to the strength.

Comment

A lovely, fruit-forward dram with a good weightiness to it and well balanced with and without water.
