Nose

Light straw. Waxed jackets/beeswax/oily with some bracing saltiness.

Palate

A sweet oily start, then it rolls around the palate nicely. Rich, waxy with a hint of sea spray livening things up.

Finish

A vibrant mix of oily fruit and sour/salty notes.

Comment

In the classic distillery style, but a pretty feisty young punk for all that.
