Nose

Wonderfully fresh and clean but not without character: grassy malt and crushed pine nuts. Mouth-wateringly beautiful.

Palate

Drier on the palate, the vanilla bites early but is still unable to dampen that succulent grassiness.

Finish

Finely balanced but frying with oaky-cocoa notes. Very long finale.

Comment

Impressive, smokeless and delicate for its age. A finely tuned malt.
