Taster

Nose: Damp grass and wood. It is nutty with a slight musty edge.

Palate: Sweet and quite thick to start, but seems a little unbalanced.

Finish: Short.

Comment: Easy going.

Score: 6.3

Taster

Nose: Lemon grass. Garden mint. Ground almonds.

Palate: Firm. Starts dry but some peppery sweetness develops. Fuller flavour than its sister, Greenore.

Finish: Slightly sticky. Fruity. Hot.

Comment: For a grain whiskey, it has plenty of flavours, but they do not hang together very well.
