Nose

Very viscous. A big, quite robust, and, in time, toasty nose filled with cooked fruits, nutmeg, chestnut with a lift of mustard leaves and ginger.

Palate

Thick and quite exotic to start with hints of wild herbs. Slightly lacking in definition.

Finish

Nutty with some peach stone. Some smoke.

Comment

Best with only a splash of water.
