Taster

Nose: Gentle oaky herby floral traits, hints of caramel, raisins and reminiscent of plastic paddling pools.

Palate: Delicate, sweet to dry peppery swing. Sweet and sour grain.

Finish: Dryish, the grain teases against some salty extremes.

Comment: Charming but unemphatic. The nose promises more than delivers.
