Nose

Like ripping open a fresh bag of toffee popcorn. Caramel begins to show, with a hint of peanut and hazelnut.

Palate

Impressively smooth and expectedly soft. Reminiscent of a block of Cadbury’s caramel chocolate. Then hazelnut, wood, and slightly grainy notes. Water doesn’t offer much else.

Finish

Short and doesn’t linger. Bitterness begins to seep through.

Comment

Inoffensive, even if a little unspectacular. Would make a great introduction to the country’s offerings.
